Charge for item I did return to the company.

I purchased my warranty replacement and sent back both broken screen protectors. Now the company charged me for one of them. This is the worst company ever there is no customer service number and its difficult to reach a customer service representative. I will never shop here again ever or recommend this company. Thumbs down all the way. Dissatisfied customer

I need a samsung galaxy S 21 FE and I was sent a samsung galaxy S 21 5G. The one that need replacing cracked I already payed shipping not wanting to do that again so if you can ship it for free that would be great.

Can’t speak to a live customer service rep

Trying to speak to a live rep and cant. I want to replace three screen protectors on three different devices but cant due to the website not allowing me to. Also since Im in a different city than my fiancé at the moment o her protector to go to her and mine to me. I need to speak to someone about this issue so that my devices can be protected.

Poor customer service where I was trying to replace the screen protectors on my phones and I am not getting in touch with anyone nor are they returning my calls. Id like to get some type of response from this company so that I can get my phones protected. With not being able to talk to anyone its frustrating.

Ordered the wrong replacement

Oder Number: BGZSO404**** On 9-12-23, I ordered a glass protector (above order number). Unfortunately it is the wrong replacement. I did not realize it was the wrong one until I had opened the package. I ordered this replacement while on vacation and did not get home until 9-20-23. Wondering how I proceed to get the correct replacement for my phone (iPhone 12) and get this replacement sent back? As of 09-25-23, I still have not received any correspondence from Bodyguardz. Will wait a few more days for them to get back with me.
